These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cardo Games mobile application, website, online services, multiplayer features, and related content (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use Cardo Games.
1. Who May Use Cardo Games
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
- You may sign in by email, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In where available, or other supported methods.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- Do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, harm other players, abuse the Service, or create security risk.
3. Entertainment Coins and Virtual Items
- Cardo Games may include virtual entertainment coins, table themes, cosmetic items, voice features, or other digital content.
- Coins and virtual items are licensed digital content for use only inside the Service.
- Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, sold, transferred for money, or exchanged for anything of real-world value.
- The Service is not a betting product: there are no monetary payouts, no stakes, no redemption path, and no real-world prizes.
- We may adjust, correct, revoke, or reset virtual balances or items if required for fraud prevention, error correction, abuse prevention, or Service integrity.
Cardo Games is a social entertainment app. Gameplay outcomes do not create any entitlement to money, goods, services, or external value.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
- Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, not directly by Cardo Games.
- Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and billing support are handled under the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
- Digital content may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, account suspension, or if the Service is discontinued.
5. Fair Play and Player Conduct
You agree to play fairly and respectfully. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or abuse other people.
- Post hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Use cheats, automation, exploits, unauthorized clients, or tools that alter gameplay.
- Manipulate matchmaking, disconnect intentionally to disrupt a table, or interfere with Service operation.
- Impersonate another person, Cardo Games staff, or platform representatives.
- Collect, publish, or misuse another player's personal information.
6. Chat, Voice, and Community Features
Cardo Games may include chat, voice rooms, friend requests, clubs, reactions, and player profile features. You are responsible for the content you send. We may moderate, restrict, remove, or report content when needed to protect players, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
7. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your own entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, modify, sublicense, distribute, or use the Service to create a competing product except where the law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
8. Ownership
The Service, including artwork, interface design, software, animations, audio, game presentation, logos, and brand elements, is owned by Cardo Games or its licensors. You retain any rights you have in content you lawfully submit, but you grant us permission to host, display, transmit, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
9. App Store Terms
If you download Cardo Games through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another marketplace, your use is also subject to that marketplace's terms. The marketplace is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Cardo Games except as required by applicable law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
11. Availability and Changes
We may update, rebalance, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the Service reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Termination
You may stop using Cardo Games at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused other players, or misused the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardo Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, virtual content, game progress, or access to multiplayer features.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may notify you through the app, website, or another reasonable method. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
