Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you want to delete your Cardo Games account and associated personal data, send us a deletion request and we will process it carefully.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information, including display name, avatar, and social details.
• Your game history, statistics, leaderboard entries, and competition records.
• Your friends list, friend requests, club-related account links, and social graph data.
• Your chat messages where deletion is technically available for your account record.
• Your virtual coin balance, virtual item records, and transaction history.
• Your push notification tokens and device identifiers associated with the account.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@cardo-games.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Virtual coins and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred after account deletion.
